Refund & Return Policy

• We offer refunds in cases when you have received a defective or incorrect product.

• All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.

• We don’t offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

• All merchandise tagged READY TO WEAR, RTW OR CLOTHING should be returned within 5 days after delivery for a refund.

• All merchandise tagged SWIMWEAR, BIKINI, BEACH WEAR may be returned for exchange only.

• All merchandise should be returned within 5 days after delivery if defective or incorrect.

• Returned items must include tags. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.

• Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.

• All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.

• An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

• You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.

• Delivery charges are not refundable.

• Please note that the Customer is responsible to pay the Shipping/Delivery fee when returning the product. We recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. EMBRACE will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.

We reserve the right to accept or reject a return and refund request at our sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:

• Return/Refund request is made after 2 days (Oyo ,Lagos, Osun, Ogun), 5 days (Other States In Nigeria) from the date of receiving the product.

• Product is used, worn, marked, gives odor, washed, altered, without tags or damaged by the Customer.

• Incomplete product or partial order.

• Products on sale.

• Fraudulent Return/Refund request.

• EMBRACE will provide you with the Return details by including a form and address in the package.(If you are missing yours, you can download it or reach out to customer care to send you one.)

• For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• We don’t accept returns for defective or incorrect items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

• As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

• We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we’re able to locate the items (it’s not always possible) and you’d like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

• If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads – way more than even the most loyal EMBRACE customer would order or the items returned don’t match what you ordered – then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

• If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact Customer Care. They’ll give you a returns label although you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

• Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don’t match what you ordered
