Processing time:• It takes 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed.

• The time required for processing is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.

• Also note that, during sales and high volume periods processing time is 3-4 days.

• Orders within Nigeria may take up to 5 business days to be delivered.

• International deliveries may take longer depending on the location of the customer.

• Delays that occur due to uncontrollable circumstances are not our responsibility. Irrespective, should your order be decays by an uncontrollable circumstance, e.g. postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather, we’ll ensure to keep you informed as soon as we can.

 

COURIER SERVICE & SHIPPING

• EMBRACE uses GIG LOGISTICS, DHL and any other third party to fulfill necessary services.

• The risk of loss for products purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier and the Third-Party. Title for products purchased from us transfers to you upon payment for the products.

• We deliver to all states in Nigeria.

• All customers are required to pay the Shipping Fee. Please calculate the shipping fee to your country in your cart or upon checkout.

 

DISPATCH NOTIFICATION

• If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time dispatch date,

ITEM NOT DELIVERED?

• If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.

• Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

• Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CHARGES

• Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties, additional charges and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government.

EMBRACE has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility.
